PostPlan offers all its customers returns service, if you have a customer that needs to return and product, simply click on the link “Book a Return” in your accounts page.
It’s a sad fact of life that all businesses at some point will have a customer who wants to return a product. Realistically it may not be viable if you are abroad for them to return it to you, however, we can help.
If items returned are in good order they will be added to the stock level being held for the Pick & Pack service if items are damaged we will hold them in storage and return them at a later stage.

YOUR RETURNS REFERENCE
When returning any item to us you can provide us a returns reference, no items can be returned without providing us a returns reference.
When an item has been returned it will either be stored in a secure area for damaged items, or if the item is in good order, it will be place in storage ready for another fulfillment order.
When a return is sent to us upon receipt we will take an iamge of the outside of the item, we will then take an image of the inside of the package. We will email you these if you need these for insurance purposes.
We offer support to our customers with insurance, if you are using your own courier our returns management service is ideal for supporting any claims with your courier.
