Pick & Pack Service

Once an order is placed with PostPlan it begins a smooth journey from you to our pick and pack warehouse, whether you are a business with an established profile or a start-up we can help with our innovative pick and pack service

Our pick and pack service is started with getting your goods into our warehouse ready for the picking process.  If the products are not counted and coded properly then mistakes can occur with the process of picking and packing your products. If your products are not already barcoded, then we can provide your company with an internal bar code for your products.

After your products are safely organized, PostPlan can then scan your product at certain points throughout its life in the warehouse: at goods in, put away, pick and confirmation. Using our wireless handheld pick and pack scanners, this process is efficient and mistakes are much less likely to occur.

As the products are booked in, they  are available for picking and packing almost immediately.

 

Amazon, eBay & Shopify Sellers

We provide a specialist service for Amazon, eBay & Shopify sellers. For Amazon sellers, we can prepare your items before they are despatched to an Amazon fulfillment center, for eBay & Shopify sellers we can hold your stock pre-pack it ready for despatch, if you operate your own eCommerce website you can combine it with this service as well, you can find out details HERE.

WHAT YOU GET WITH THE POSTPLAN PICK & PACK SERVICE

100% SAFE DELIVERY

For all items over 2 kilos we offer Nextday door-to-door delivery, we use all the main couriers for both domestic and international delivery. For items up to 1 kilo we can offer Royal mail as a solution.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. Sameday Delivery, Nextday Delivery or (timed options available before 9am, 10am and 12 Noon) and Freight Delivery.

FULL INSURANCE

We offer full storage and transit insurance> For high value items we offer extra insurance, if you need further clarification, then please reach out to us for further information.

ONLINE TRACKING

Within the customer portal our clients can view proof of delivery details we record the name of the delivery service used, printed name, time and date of delivery. If we use Royal Mail services unless requested as signed we will provide a proof of postage,
